BD Support Coordinator

Description

DAI is seeking a Support Coordinator to join our busy Business Development department within European Unit. This will be a full-time permanent role based either in our office in Sofia (Bulgaria) or Belgrade (Serbia). Please state your salary expectations (gross per annum) in your cover letter. The main purpose of this entry-level position provides support to the BD department in relation to data management and market research.

Key tasks, duties, and responsibilities:

• Support in the collection and management of administrative documents.

• Accurately gather information about DAI’s projects.

• Update project data in internal databases and repositories.

• Support with research and the collection of information about future projects.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (preferably related to International Development) or equivalent work experience.

• Excellent customer-facing skills, both internal and external showing a high aptitude for setting, managing and delivering against customer expectations.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively with international offices and cross-cultural teams.

• Fluent in both verbal and written English.

• Proficiency in MS Office and strong MS Excel skills.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Previous experience with the implementation of donor-funded projects.

• Knowledge of and experience with the European Commission.
